Kathleen Timmis

Kathleen Timmis is a managing partner at the law firm of Linett & Timmis.

She has been practicing Personal Injury law since 1991.

Kathy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario in 1982.  She worked as a law clerk for several years before returning to law school.  She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto in 1989 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1991.  Since then she has practiced exclusively in the field of Personal Injury litigation, representing victims of accidents throughout the province.

Kathy is involved in all aspects of the practice to ensure that Linett & Timmis achieves the best possible results for its clients.

Kathleen Timmis is currently a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Advocates Society and the Toronto Lawyers Association.

When she is not working, Kathy enjoys outdoor pursuits including sailing, running, golf and gardening.  Indoors, Kathy loves to read and enjoys playing the piano.
